The GROWS Board of Directors is a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to enhancing the well-being of older adults in our community. Representing a diverse range of industries—including home care, financial services, real estate, cleaning services, assisted living, rehabilitation, and more—our board members bring valuable expertise and a shared commitment to advocacy, education, and resource-building for seniors and their families.

The Board is led by a President, Vice President, and key committees focused on advocacy, membership, programs, and marketing. Together, we collaborate to shape initiatives, build strong partnerships, and drive meaningful change for aging adults in Montgomery County and beyond.
